Jordi Amat
Nine systems · Mostly one pair of hands

Systems I run myself.

Each of these started as a problem I kept running into and could not solve with anything off the shelf, so I built the thing. Six are mine alone — design, data model, software and operations. Three I built with or for others, all live. Every one of them runs.

Travel product · Mobile + Web
Live · sherppi.app

Sherppi

The Sherppi landing page: a dark hero with the line “Cooltura, historias y lugares, al oído mientras caminas” and a phone mockup showing a Barcelona audio tour.

Audio walks of a city, told by the people who live in it.

A live product I built and operate with two partners: Django and React on its own infrastructure, nine languages, a React Native/Expo app alongside. Local “Sherppas” record the stories; walkers hear them in their ear as they move. I am the technical lead.

Writing product · Mobile + Web
Live · portalpoem.com

Portal Poem

The Portal Poem product: The Circle — a writing-practice space with circles, passages and practice flows.

A writing-practice product, built for a writer and running in production.

A full product on Expo, React Native, TypeScript and Supabase: accounts, circles, passages, a practice loop that keeps people writing. Built for the writer who owns it, iterated weekly against real users, shipped as a live web and mobile product.

Client platform · Venue + Ops
In production · named client

Puente Tierra

The Puente Tierra site: a regenerative event venue in Valle de Bravo — event quoting, packages, visit booking, and behind it a WhatsApp operations agent.

A regenerative venue's entire digital operation.

Public site with event quoting, packages and visit booking — and behind it, the operations layer: an agent that answers customer enquiries on WhatsApp, keeps the package catalogue current, and makes sure no follow-up dies in an inbox. I designed, built and operate the whole thing together with the venue's team. The one engagement that can be visited end to end.

Events discovery · WhatsApp
Live · aldea.events

aldea events

The aldea events landing page: “un flyer se convierte en evento” — event discovery and publishing that lives entirely inside WhatsApp.

The city's events, inside the one app everybody already has.

Forward a flyer and it becomes a findable event. Ask “qué hay hoy” and get what's moving near you, in any city. No account, no password, no new app to install — the whole product runs inside WhatsApp. The instinct is the same everywhere on this page: meet people where they already are.

Lead generation
Public and running

fet aquí

The fet aquí tool: a generated sample website for a small business, shown in a browser frame.

A free tool that builds first, talks second.

It builds a small business a working sample of its own website before anybody has a conversation. The same instinct as the rest of my work, compressed into one page: build the thing first, then talk about it.

Catalan-language market.

Publishing · Magazine + dispatch
Live · issue 001 published

astral labs

The astral labs magazine: “notes on intelligence, craft & the new era” — the inaugural issue, The Quiet Machine, with its table of contents and subscribe.

A magazine and weekly dispatch, produced by a nine-agent pipeline.

Issue 001 — “The Quiet Machine” — is published; the weekly dispatch runs on a nine-agent workflow that drafts from a live signal seed, then fact-checks every claim before I see it. Last week the verifier caught a wrong date, an unattributed half-claim and an overstated verb — and corrected all three before the draft reached me. The system drafts and checks; nothing ships without my approval.

Operations console
In daily use

Orbis

The Orbis operations console: a dark screen with a navigation rail down the left, a live agent feed down the right, and a central panel headed Mission Control.

The console I run my own practice on.

Work in flight, what is blocked, what is waiting on me, what the automations did overnight. It exists because I could not answer “what is the state of everything” without opening nine things — which is the same complaint every organisation I work with has.

Every live figure in the screen is deliberately blurred.

Member operations
Demonstration data

Creator OS

The Creator OS overview: a dark dashboard headed “Where a human can change the week”, with member cards flagged for attention and an upcoming session panel.

Member operations for a business built around a person.

Who is active, who has gone quiet, and where a human being needs to step in this week. Organised around the operator’s week rather than around a table of metrics, because nobody has ever changed an outcome by looking at a chart of it.

Demonstration data throughout. Activity figures deliberately blurred.

Booking + storefront
Sample data

Loka

The Loka storefront and booking interface, shown with sample listings and a schedule.

Booking and storefront for independent practitioners.

The public page, the catalogue, the schedule and the payment are one system, so the person running it stops reconciling four of them by hand on a Sunday evening.

The whole ledger

Including what is not signed.

Client engagements mostly sit inside other organisations’ operations and stay theirs — except where the collaboration is public, like Puente Tierra above. What I can show is the full picture: what is under contract, what exists as a working proposal, and what is mine.

Under written engagementCurrent · not published

Direct-to-consumer operations for a supplements brand in Mexico. It is their operation, not my portfolio — I describe it on request.

Built, not signedRunning · awaiting the org

Complete systems built as working proposals for named organisations. Real software on real infrastructure, running today. They stay unpublished until the organisation decides it wants one — and is happy to be named.

Built and mineNine above · three with or for others

Six were designed, built, deployed and operated by me alone. Sherppi I lead technically with two partners; Portal Poem I built and iterate for the writer who owns it; Puente Tierra I build and operate with the venue's team. Screens show demonstration data where the real thing belongs to someone.

Tell me what isn’t working.

Plain language, in whichever of English, Spanish or Catalan you think in. No form, no budget field, no qualifying questionnaire. I read these myself and reply within two working days.
